I got a busy signal too for about 15 min. I got through and made my ressie for June/July at the BWV for a week. I thought I wouldn't be able to get a ressie here at 6 mths. out.
Here is something (maybe) interesting. I called on a landline several times no luck. Called on my cel several times no luck. Tried both the 800 and 407 numbers. Most times I had a 'network busy' message, or busy signal.
Called via Skype and the call answered immediately. Total talk time was 8 minutes including about 3 minutes on hold. CM said that the entire month was extremely busy for call volume.
I don't know if it was due to Skype, but I tried to call many times last week and Saturday, and only by using my Skype did I get through!
I called at 9:00 using the 1-800 number, and I got through after about a 2 minute wait. Maybe they are busy due to the popularity of early/mid December for DVCers.
I got disconected right at 9:00 and it was busy for most of the day as I tried to get on as the day went on.I tried both the 800 and the 407 numbers
About 11:30 I got trough and got DM her Studio for our trip in July.
I thought no way would a studio be avail at the 6 month mark at AKV but did get it. We have ours for an additional day during that time.and got BWV the days before that I was real surprised that they were all there for the taking.
No luck getting through for me today at all. Was calling from work everytime I passed my desk and got nothing but busy signals right up until 5:30. Here's hoping for better luck tomorrow...
Funny thing. I called later in the morning about my points and got several busy signals before getting through. Once I got in, I was told that there would be a 5-minute wait. Go figure. I say, "Great, a bunch of people must have been fixed up." But no, it was not a 5-minute wait, as I got the "Unusually high call volume" message. Weird.
Phones busy again this morning. Tried to call at 9:00am but got disconnected after a little while. I tried calling back, but, is always busy. What is the 407 area code number? I'd like to alternate between the two numbers to try and get through.
