Does anybody happen to know if MS will be open this Monday?

Yes. For 2010: With Disney Vacation Club Member Services being a 7-day per week operation there are a number of national holidays during which the offices are are closed.

Following is a list of holidays on which Member Services will be closed for the day:

•New Year's Day
•Memorial Day
•Fourth of July
•Labor Day (US)
•Thanksgiving (US)
•Christmas Day
DVC Member Services will observe normal operating hours--currently 9am to 5pm eastern, Sunday to Saturday--on all other days including Martin Luther King Day and President's Day
