ms not answering

been on hold for 20 minutes. before then was on hold for 12 minutes.

why is MS not answering the phone this morning.

for a completely different - those that think GF might be the next DVC could be right. the system is pushing and I mean pushing GF now.

when you ask for a DVC resorts instead of other DVC resorts it puts GF second. had to log out and start again to get AKV to come up. It also kept trying to change my dates.

anyone know what is going on?

I had that happen when there was nothing available for the time frame I was looking at - they tried to suggesst other resorts and dates. It could also have something to do with the new "enhanced" system they are supposed to be putting on line in 11 or 12 days. Maybe they started changing things over before the official time period. The entire system will be down the 12-14 so it should be interesting for the following week when trying to get through.

Good luck - I need to call and check on somthing also but will wait until later this afternoon and hope that the call time is down by then. I imagine that all those who tried to get through yesterday were also trying to call early to get their business done this morning.

It is expected that Member Services will be extremely busy today since yesterday it was virtually closed (except for ressies thru Oct.7) due to the booking day for the 2011 DVC Members Cruise.

Everyone who would have called yesterday is trying to get in today now.. good luck.

yea was on hold for 30 minutes - finally got someone - she actually found somethng for me. that was not on the website

a 1-bedroom for 2 nights Mon & tues for this week. during the food./wine - but looking for houses - so don't know about parks.

it is next week so just looked on Disneyworld internet system.

after 60 days CRO and DVC become one on CRO system. of course what she got me was not there? or at least it was not showing.

instead Grand Floridian - it must be hurting for business. the internet site generally does not push it.

now it showed a 2-bedroom at OKW - but the studio was only for Tuesday - not monday and tuesday like the website said.
