MS Hours

Does anyone know the MS hours for weekdays? We have to make a decision by today on whether or not to cancel our trip. I wasn't sure if they were open until 5pm or later? I have been trying to call and have received a busy signal for over 40 minutes.

Just got through and found out it's 5:30.

MS is open 9:00am to 5:30pm eastern time, 7 days a week. They are closed for select major holidays.
