What time can you call to make a reservation? I should know, but am having a senior momment. I do not see the hours on the MS web site even though I am probably looking right at it.

I can not seem to find it after looking at the site. I should know but old ge is catching up to me.

How does that play out for DVC members in Japan? I think that would be 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, which would be inconvenient. Do they have a separate office for the non-East Coast members?

I wonder how many time the OP is going to post the same question?

One would think that particularly with Aulani, which is being promoted heavily in Japan and other countries with time zones diametrically opposed to Florida's usual work day, that DVD would estasblish reservation hours that can be easily used by such owners. However, as far as I know that has not happenned yet. Maybe this will be the impetus for finally getting the forever-promised on-line reservation system up and running.

The Vacation Planner we received in the mail this year, indicates that MS is open 9:00 to 5:00 PM EST--not 5:30 PM.
