Maybe I shouldn't be frustrated as I had never called MS Administration before and so my expectation may be unfair. We have 6 contracts, all but 1 at the BWV. After the latest purchase we decided to sell the one at the BCV as we have only stayed there once since we owned. No offense to any BCV lovers as it was a great stay and everything was perfect but we just prefer the BWV. Anyway, I can find all my deeds except for the one I needed. I called MS and only get a fax or Email contact, no person to speak to. I was surprised by this so I called MS and got a very nice person who actually tried to contact someone in administration herself a couple different ways without success. She was very compassionate and helpful and said she understood my frustration. As I told her when we purchased our contracts we always had someone there right away, but now that we want to sell I can't speak to anyone. I have been spoiled, I suppose, by the great service I always receive and maybe I expected too much. I'm sure I will eventually get the info I need but would love to have gotten the same great service I have always gotten when purchasing or making ressies.
