Are there any benefits to using MS for ps's rather than DisneyDining? We are coming up to the time for these and I wasn't sure which way is the better way to go. Thanks.

MS doesn't open until 9 (Eastern), but Disney Dining opens at 7 (Eastern). If you are trying to get something hard to book (like Chef's table at V&A or Cinderella's Breakfast in the castle), going through MS won't work.

MS TN is an 800 number. DD TN is not . According to recent reports, hold times for DD have been quite long.

Can't think of any other differences.

I don't think so - I think it's just convenient that MS can do this while you are on the phone booking with them but it goes into the same system. The only real benefit I can think of is that you are calling an 800# to speak to MS vs. paying for the call by using the 407-WDW-Dine #.

Well, when it comes to Cindy's breakfast, you should probably call wdwdine at 7am.

Otherwise, I love love love getting right through to MS on their dime and getting it all taken care of, rather that sitting on hold for ages on my dollar. When I get off the phone, I always think "I love this club!"

As we do not pay extra for long distance, we prefer to call Disney Dining due to their better hours. Plus I guess it cuts down on tying up MS and thereby keeping our dues lower.
