MS down

Was this outage at MS planned for maintenance or an "ooops down again?"
Frustrating that I can't get anything done when I finally have the time to sit down and sift through it all..

I noticed the same thing. Web site was working, suddenly it stopped.
Called and there is a recording saying it is down.

Hoping to find time later today to call or it may have to wait until the weekend.

Yes, it is down as far as on line booking! Not good timing!
