MS down again

systems still down this morning. Called at 9 am and was asked to call back at 10 am. called at 10 am and still down and asked to call at 11 am.

Can't wait till we have online booking that should be a lot of fun. Here's hoping they get it fixed today.

Well I had got through and they didn't have my choices only SSR. Had to call DH to discuss staying there then tried to call back and the system is down again till 12.

I was able to book a reservation about 15 minutes ago.

NOW IT IS CALL BACK AT 1 !!!! I am going to cry.

Me too. At one point I had my THV, was put on hold, and when MS came back the system was down again. I hope it's still there when the systems are finally working again.

just curious. Why do you need to get ahold of them that bad.
If they say call back in an hour they are just saying that to get you off the phone and answer the next call.
Chances are its an extended period of time systems go down...as you experienced this morning...

what is soo important that you just HAVE to talk to them now...
Cant wait till later in the afternoon or tomorrow.?

for me I am trying to book a spur of the moment trip for Jan 2011 during MLK week for just DH and me and my husband needs to know the date so he can get them off, My MIL needs to know because she is coming here to watch the kids. I have to book boarding for the dogs. Make dining ressies. I am a planner and this to me is short amount of time to get my ducks in a row. So that is why it is important to me, might not seem important to others.

You are not alone, it was very important for me to get through to MS this morning too. We also were only able to get SSR. We went ahead and booked it. We stayed there last summer and LOVED it!

Got our THV for Oct 9-16 at 4p EST today. Kids are looking forward to the bunk bed room.

Well I was able to call and get BLT MK 2 bd dedicated today for June. hopefully this will be our final change/choice after months of deliberating
