MS Computers Down Again!

MS computers are down again this morning.

I was told to call back at 10:20. You guessed it, still down with no idea of when they will be back up.

I called about 10 minutes ago and was told at 11:00 am. You know the phones are gonna be busy now.

Well, no go yet. Was told now to call early afternoon. I said 1 - 2 oclock? She said, try 1 pm.

I was just told 12:00.

Does this have anything to do with the member website being down? Or am I the only one who is haveing problems with it?

On the phone now and computers are back up

Aw, just because a few members want to book Christmas vacations. How busy can they be???
