MS Closed today??

I keep calling both at the toll free and the 407 number and all I get is a busy signal. Are they closed today??

They are open. Probably very busy as yesterday was a holiday for them.

I was thinking the same thing. I got through twice but after I pressed what options I wanted, all it did was ring. I let it ring for about 5 minutes before I hung up. I'm hoping to get through as the day goes on.

I had the same thing happen to me. I got a busy signal the first several times. Then one time I did get far enough to make a selection, then got the continuous ringing.

I did keep trying, though, and finally got through.

The CM said they were getting a zillion calls on RCI today, because it is the first day you can use it.

MS is historically very busy from now through about February. They used to say that it's because when families are together over the holidays, they layout the vacation plans for the year and start calling MS at the start of January. You'll also be getting people calling for Thanksgiving, early December and Christmas 2009 vacations over the next two months.

I called the 407 number (not the 800#) just before 11 am Florida time and got right through. Only about a 5 minute wait to talk to a CM.
