MS busy????

Is anyone else getting a busy signal? I am trying to find out if this is my phone or theirs..

Probably MS...it is one of the busiest reservation days because of early December bookings...plus probably a lot of folks are calling for the dining plan, even though they can call anytime prior to their April ressie.

Haven't tried calling today, but expect they are very busy. First day open after a 3-day weekend, into the 11-month booking window for early December visits, and everyone who already has trips booked for April or beyond that wants the dining plan added is calling too...

I called right at 9AM today and got right through without any wait. I'll now be staying at SSR 1/24 - 1/27. Gee, that's good for the EE preview, wadaya know.

Tried three times today, 15 min, 9 min and then 6 min wait.At least they got shorter.

yes I got busy signal today and that was at noon and 4:00 and held for 10-15 minutes didn't think about them being closed and I do have to call in am for dec

I got a busy signal 5 times before I got through. It was only about a 3 minute wait and the MS gal I spoke to seemed very hurried...sure it was busy for them too!!
