MS busy

Has anyone else had trouble getting through to MS today? I can only get a busy signal so far...

I waited 4 minutes, kept dialing, finally got through. Then the recording said it would be a 6 minute wait, but it wasn't that long. I got what we need, Pixie dust to you!!

I spent 10 minutes on hold only to have a studio snatched away before he could finish the reservation. Now what? I am waitlisted for the 2 nights that I needed a studio March 17-18. I know, cross my fingers. Couldn't help waiting until now to make ressie. Just found out that My DD10 and I needed to be there for a few days. Should I keep praying for the waitlist or should I just book Port Orleans for those 2 days. It amounts to 8 points more than I wanted to use. HELP!!!

I've been trying off and on for the last hour. I finally tried over and over again until I got through (hanging up, redial, hanging up, redial....about 6 times) then finally got through. The wait time is stating my wait is 4 minutes......but, I'd guess it's been at least that an dthen some.

MS was closed yesterday and we are into the booking window for Christmas/NYE. So, today is "Monday" when things are always busiest. Just be patient. Getting frustrated won't help. Good luck with the reservations.

Disneyfreak -- I'd make a back-up reservation somewhere and then stay on the wait list for those two days. You could have them wait list you for the days individually as well. Sometimes this works better than trying to just book the block of time.

Got through with a short hold...Robin was very pleasant and I backed up my waitlist day with a cash ressie.

Just got the last three nights of our Dec 2004 trip. I was on hold for like 4 minutes.

Started dialing at 11:35 AM, got through at 11:55, and put on hold until 12:13 PM. But I am not complaining...I got the 3 rooms I needed!!! I can't believe I FORGOT to call at 9 AM...I reminded myself every day but TODAY!! Someone send me pixie dust for the next 4 days, or better yet, a reminder at 8:45 AM!!

I have been trying to get through at 2:30 pm. After redialing and finally connecting for three times, then waiting from 7 to 10 minutes and listening to the high call volume recording I have been cut off from MS center. I hear the MS voices in the background but they don't answer when I say hello - just a click and dial tone. Phone works fine so no problem on my end.

Very frustrating!!!

I got a busy signal too. Called about 3 p.m. Tried 4 or 5 times before being put on hold. That was maybe for 3 minutes.

I got through right away but was on hold for about 8 min. Not to bad considering how busy they had to be.

But I finally got thru. Was told that there was a 9 minute wait (not that long). Changed from a studio to a 1 bedroom with out a problem.
