MS Administration closed?

I have been trying for weeks to reach MS administration to add a person to the title on our contracts. The office is always closed. What do I do? TIA for any advice.

I believe the only way to get a hold of them is by email and they aren't really quick to respond.

They are still not answering the phones so you will have to email them.
