Today is booking day for the 2009 Member Cruise. The last update on the member website is the wait time is 1 hour 40 minutes.

We have been trying since 9 a.m. as well to move around our Christmas vacation.

Have tried the 800 and 407 number with no luck

Yes, the call volume is due to the member cruise. I started calling at 9 AM to book the cruise and finally got through at about 11:10. I am currently on hold and based on the member website, I probably have another hour plus to wait before I get a person to talk to.

With the Member Cruise booking, I am sure it will be difficult to get a CM on the phone for a good part of the day. They usually have call in day on a Saturday, so not sure why they went with a Sunday this year.
