Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel

I would like to know more about this place, but I'm a little skeptical. I understand there's no charge. How can this be ? Is it CLEAN ? Other than the taxi ride what do you pay for ? Do they have hamburgers,etc, a must for my grandson. What is the pool like ? Is the beach nice or is it rocky ? Don't laugh but I have this thing about reptiles...are there lizards around ?

There is no charge! Its clean the pool is OK . most people use the beach instead! The beach is not rocky. I think the idea of the owners here is get the people there and they will buy from the shops of buy food and drink from the eatery.Yes they have burgers and all kinds of food. I saw from mmouse37's post on another threat that they have a web site www.mrsanchos.com. The site has a coupon for a free margarita or ice cream.

Mr. Sanchos was a very nice beach. Check out our photos of it if you would like. The lounge chair you see in one of the photos are free, and they also have padded chaise lounges they are an extra charge (outside vendor).

It was very clean and the people were very polite.

As far as lizards go....we did not see any that day but you have to realize you are in Mexico where lizards normally live. I am sure they are around somewhere but we did not see any. On the other hand, when we were on the Magic's Eastern Itinerary in Feb, while were were at the beach in St. Thoms we saw several HUGE lizards walking all around beach.
