Tomorrow (5/10), Jessie turns 5. It does not seem that long ago when we adopted her. She loves hanging around our new small garden.

We don't have birthday plans, but she may get an extra dog biscuit. We have to save up and get her a new kennel/cage.

Time to exercise (for me, that's putting cinnamon rolls in the oven)

Time to run some errands

What a nice day I had today

My mom went to church with the girls and I, where all the mom's received a special blessing - I was so glad I was able to be with my mom for that

Then my parents, DB, and SIL came over to spend the day. We got KFC (we do every year) and that way no one had to cook. I even served it on paper plates so no one had to wash dishes

Now the girls are playing outside, and pretty soon it will be time for bed.

I had a very nice Mother's Day!!!!!

The carpet is down in the store, and it is so nice - I'm very happy with my choice in carpet What's even nicer is the girls now can sit on the floor without getting full of concrete dust and drywall dust The backroom is just having the concrete floor, so Kevin sprayed that with a sealer last night to prevent us from tracking dust all over the new carpet.

I also have a desk now My DB and SIL put my new desk together yesterday - wasn't that nice of them Actually, my DB spent the whole afternoon with me yesterday picking up stuff for the store - so I took him out to lunch to thank him Yesterday was a good day!!!!!

Today I go get fitted for a knee brace, and then later I have to meet a man to discuss a terminal and service for taking credit cards. The carpet guys weren't totally finished yesterday, so they are coming today too to finish what they need to finish.
