Okay----let us change the subject to your upcoming blessed event. How's the baby? Have you found out (or want to know) if baby is boy or girl yet? Do you have a nursery theme?

OK, I need dining suggestions for my trip:

Sat night at POFQ, thought I'd take the boat to DTD. Earl of Sandwich and HOB are both options, but we have HOB here and Earl is, well, sandwiches. Thought I'd try W.Puck--cafe or express--any recommendations for that? Don't think I want the new Irish restaurant....reminds me to much of Mom's "boiled dinner".

Thu, lunch and dinner on my own.
Lunch was thinking Fresh/Trails End/Beaches & Cream...all places I've eaten before. Then I saw Artist Palette at Saratoga Springs....anyone tried that?

Dinner was thinking Trails End if I didn't do it for lunch or 1900 PF, as I was ill the last time I was there and could only eat a few things. Then I thougt...never eaten at Kona for dinner, menu looks good (better than what they're serving at 'Ohana). I've also never tried Big River Grill at the Boardwalk. Any recommendations on those two?

Thanks!

Hmmm I thought on sat night you were going to Boma with us... :scratchin or are you talking about the sat night before the cruise?? We ate at Big River Grill at the Boardwalk a few years ago. and I think it was a hamburger place. I remember that i liked it but the rest of the crowd was unimpressed. and have not had any interest in going back..

The House of Blues there is very nice with the outdoor dining overlooking the lake. I have eaten in WP Dining Room and it was very, very nice and if you time it right you get a spectacular sunset. I also love eating crab so Fultons has been a fav of mine.

We did a geat night of apps at Bongos with Mojitos, then off to dinner at WP upstairs, then drinks and dessert at the Jazz Club. It was a very nice night.

Big River is a brewing company so you can find my vote going there. But I also like Spoodles and Flying Fish.

Kona is definately my choice for dinner over 'Ohanas - much better food.

Yes, silly, the Saturday BEFORE. I woulding miss a chance to dine with my DIS pal at my favorite restaurant!!! Kona is edging out Big River, especially for the chance to stroll to the beach afterward and watch the fireworks. ::yes::

Hey all! Glad I popped by.....

first off, IBOUNCE How exciting! You'ra cruisinnnnnnnnnnnnn Lucky girl! And see Geffric. You both be good!!! Wow!!

NCBELLE, i love that house. How pretty! How old is it??

MY buds TIGGERFANS and MAD!!! It is sooooooo good to see you guys! Congrats on the house TF! Time to start anew! And MAD, girl, you are the party animal! Always taking a trip. Is RICK meeting you???

LEW, how are you feeling??? Just think you get to take a new baby to WDW for the first time! I get all teared up just thinking of when I took Lauren for the first time. How much fun!!

I was in Gainesville last week with a sick college kid. Was just there for three days. Couldn't stay any longer. No rooms available due to homecoming weekend. But Sam perked up for the pep rally, football game and sorority party-go figure. Mom was just the right medicine!

Have a great day. MAD and TF don't be a stranger!

Kadaten A wedding in Playa Del Carmen....how cool is that! Crossed my fingers you'd have good weather and a safe trip...can't wait to hear how it went :sunny:
Well, it was beautiful! Lots of :sunny:, a nice wedding, got to see family we haven't seen in ages, and the kids were BEYOND good the entire trip! Especially considering American Airlines (DON'T fly American!) canceled BOTH our flights going and we spent 7:45am to 10:30pm traveling!!! OMG I was livid. But the kids were excellent, I insisted on a hotel room in Miami airport since we were given a 5.5 hour layover so the kids could sleep and we could eat in peace. We ended up missing the rehearsal dinner (it was 5-7pm and we didn't get in until 10:30pm) but that awful travel day was the only glitch. Resort was wonderful, drinks were plentiful, sun was always shining, family was good, activities were fun, and we had a great time :) Will post some pics after I get them back (gone back to wet film).

AWESOME!!! Much better than my family wedding experience last weekend. :guilty:

:cool1: This time next week, NC Beast and I may be having dinner at Epcot after spending a fun-filled afternoon at MK. We may indulge in some adult beverages while we are enjoying F&W.

Sorry to take awhile to replying. NC Beast says that is built/design by Joseph Meyeroff around the 1930's (sp. is wrong I bet---its the same man that the BSO's hall is named after in Baltimore). The house is located on a bus line plus a couple of blocks away another bus route that takes one directly to the Inner Harbor/Camden Yards area.

I sure wish I could. In fact, Bill and I would LOVE to. We don't have someone to stay with the kids, though. :( I'm all over eating at Cape May (never been) and  Boma. It's one of my favs.
