Mrs BiGGy got up at 4am. She was informed that it was only going to be herself, DD and her better half going. Mom and junior were going to meet them at sizzlers later, for breakfast.

Mrs BiGGy asked where they were going. It was explained that they had to meet Bill in a car park at 5.45 am.

BiGGy pulled into a restaurant car park after a 20 minute drive. There were loads of dodge vans with trailers on the back. Other people were waiting too. The game was given away when Mrs BiGGy overheard someone say that it was a good day for a flight.

Mrs BiGGy was really excited about her balloon flight and made a mental note to make sure to top up BiGGy's holiday fund later.

The car had to be left behind and the people who ran the flights, drove everyone to where the balloons were going to take off.

Once there, everyone had to help to put the balloons up. Mrs BiGGy, having a bad back (or so she said), watched her husband and DD do all the hard work.

Once everything was connected and the balloon was inflated, it was time to climb in the basket and take off. The flight was breathtaking. Take-off was at dawn and the flight lasted about an hour. The scenery was amazing.

The landing site was a small airfield. Everyone had to help to deflate the balloon and put everything away..

After the flight, the balloon companies put on a buffet and drinks. Champagne and strawberries all round. BiGGy and DD had the orange juice but Mrs BiGGy hit the champagne. Now, bearing in mind that no one had had any breakfast, Mrs BiGGy was well on her way to floating away without the aid of hot air.

Balloon flight over, it was time to get back to the car. Mrs BiGGy congratulated her husband on her surprise and promised to top up his holiday fund. Should have done this at the beginning of the holiday, he thought.

On the way to sizzlers, BiGGy thought that he would stop off at the hotel to see if mom and junior had left yet. The shock on everyones faces when mom was standing in the room, everything off the floor and wet towels on the carpet. The room above had burst a pipe about half an hour after mom and junior had been left to have a lie in.

Mom had had to run down to reception and inform them. Then she had to wait 15 minutes for phsyco Bob to come and vac the water up with a carpet cleaner, with a promise that they would send a blower up to dry the carpet out. Fawlty and Towers sprang to Mrs BiGGy's mind. Still, there was only three days left. There was no way that BiGGy was folding up son and bed again!. A couple of hours later the blower was sent to the room. This had to be left on during the day to let the carpet dry out. This is going to make the room smell nice, thought Mrs BiGGy.

The afternoon was spent at Vans. Junior and DD were very thankful when nanny gave them some spending money. Mrs BiGGy, not wanting her husband to be left out, handed him a wad of cash. Where am i gonna spend it now, he thought, i've only got three days left!

Converse trainers were the aim of the day so thats where the kids went off to. Junior had another hour skateboarding and DD went to watch the Spongebob movie with her dad. Mom and Mrs BiGGy went to see how much shopping they could fit in the bottomless backpack.

After sizzlers it was time for bed. BiGGy's other informative woman was programmed for MGM the following day.

Mr. Biggy,
You should be informed, as you are a frequent visitor to the South now, that it is a time honored tradition here for every family to have at least one plumbing disaster story. In fact, it is said that the more prominent the family, the bigger the disaster. A second story leak, such as you had, falls into the category of a "bigger disaster." Congratulations. And welcome to the South, y'all.

The balloon flight is def on my to do list. On our last visit DH & I were in our villa pool early morning & saw a couple of balloons fly over.

Sorry about your Leak!!!!!!
