How soon after the show has been put up do these appear?

Its just I'm off on holiday tomorrow and the podcast would be the perfect way to pass the boring 4 1/2 hour plane journey. I don't have itunes and it's going on an mp3 player that's not an iPod. TIA

I managed to get it off the itunes page, and I now have enough DIS Unplugged to get me through the flight .

Tenerife here I come .
