MP won't credit or reply to my emails?

Just wondering if My Points has a telephone #. I've made purchases in the past from Best Buy through MP and although I needed to submit my purchase confirmation had no problems getting credit.
I made a Best Buy purchase more than a month ago. I've emailed my confirmation 4 times over the last 2 weeks. Noone will even relpy to my email.
I'm less then 100 points away from 2 ($50) Rainforest Cafe gift card for our next vacation. HELP

Lisa AF...I can sympathize with you. I had a terrible time getting MyPoints to credit my account for four separate purchases made in July for 210 points. I must have sent over 25 e-mails trying to get these points. Most of the time no one responded. I even found their number posted on the Rewards Board and tried callling that. Left a message and no one returned my call. Finally late last month, someone finally answered and credited my account. I am still waiting for the points to clear the "holding" phase of 30 days. By the time I finally see the points in my account, it will have been 5 months from the date of purchase. Keep e-mailing the heck out of them, eventually someone will answer.

I haven't gotten any points from several purchases at QVC either. I don't even bother shopping through MP anymore. I have to POP UP that says I will get the points but it doesn't happen. I an using ebates more and more now. I have never had a problem with them.

I don't shop through MP either anymore for the same reason. I always got my points eventually, but it just wasn't worth the hassle anymore. Not when sites like Ebates and Quick Rewards credit practically instantly and without a fuss.

Ugh! I was just going to post to find the phone number and customer care email address for MP. I bought a Dell computer mid-september (worth 5000 points from MP!!) and have not received points for it. Looks like I'm in the same boat as you guys.

Of course all that contact info was on my old computer. COuld someone post or PM me with that info. Thanks!
