Moving to Middle East - does this affect ownership/purchasing?

Hi there - I have a bit of a unique question…my family and I are contemplating a move to the Middle East and we aren't quite sure how this will affect our DVC ownership. Tax implications aside (if there are any) does anyone here know if there are any issues with owning DVC while living in the Middle East? How about if we want to purchase more points while we are over there?

I totally realize how absurd this all sounds but if any of you have ever been over there you'll understand where I'm coming from. It is a totally different world and way of life with many different rules and laws.
