Moving to different resort

Hi all, was wondering if I can do this. I have two reservations, one for POFQ and one for Saratoga Springs, both with free dining. The Port Orleans group wants to move to Saratoga Spring. Anyway we can do this and still keep the free dining? Thanks!

No, to make a change between resorts, you would have to be able to make a new reservation under the promotion you want, and free dining is no longer available for booking.

The resort can be changed (keeping FD) as long as there is availability for the new resort under the FD promo. If the booking window for FD has expired, you will need to speak to someone in guest services as reservation CMs don't have the ability to check availability/modify a reservation that is booked under an expired promo.

JMO, I would rather stay at POFQ, I think it's a nicer resort.

Yes, this. Even if the promo has expired, you can still call to see if there is availability to modify your reservation to a different resort. As mickeynut1 says, only a guest services CM can handle this modification at this point. Never hurts to call and ask!

I have no problem with either, we just have two groups reserved at Saratoga, so it’s seemed like it’s simpler to move one group.
