What is the least number of days before a cruise to move to another date without penalty?

For cruises departing through September 30, 2022, you can change the date up to 15 days before sailing to a cruise departing no later than September 30, 2023 without penalty.

For cruises departing through December 31, 2022 (non-Concierge), cancellation penalties begin 59 days before the cruise.

The standard non-Concierge cancellation policy currently resuming with cruises starting January 1, 2023 begins cancellation fees at 89 days for cruises of 5 nights or fewer and 119 days for cruises of 6 nights or more.

As of now, but with no given expiration date, if in the 14 days before your cruise you test positive for, show symptoms of, or are exposed to someone with Covid, you can cancel for a refund or reschedule for a cruise before September 30, 2023 without penalty (with some limitations).

Just be aware if you use the “Cruise Date Flexibility” to change the date between 59-15 days before embarkation, the penalty is only waived if you do in fact cruise on the rescheduled date. If for any reason you need to cancel that one, you incur the greater of the waived penalty from the first cruise or the penalty for the rescheduled cruise.

Also be advised you can't change to a military or gt rate. Gotta be a full price fare. I found that one out this afternoon.

If you are exposed to Covid within 14 days of the cruise, you can cancel for a full refund, regardless of the category or other restrictions of your booking.
