I know I should know this, but I don't, so any advice is appreciated

It looks like our plans have to change based on work stuff for next spring, so we have to move our booking forward by a week. That in itself is fine; however, we will be moving it across a UY. Does anyone have any advice on what the process is for that? We don't want to lose it- I know by looking at the calendar that this room is not available right now, so we can't just cancel and rebook. It has to be shunted forward. I'm worried that MS will mess it up somehow, so I'd like to be prepared with instructions when I call
