moving luggage

i know this has been asked before, and i'm sorry to repeat a question, but, i have to switch resorts a couple times during my stay at wdw.

i am moving between resorts that are on property. i was under the impression that you can have your bags transferred from one property to another. how do i go about doing this?

One thing that was not mentioned: regardless of the hotel I normally tip 1-2$ a bag to move them.
