Moving luggage from Dolphin not allowed!?

I just canceled my All-Star reservations because we had rebooked with the Dolphin. I asked CRO if my luggage will be moved to Coronado when we check out. She said "No but there are cabs that run from the Dolphin that you can use."

They should move it. We stayed at the Swan last year and they moved ours to AKL for us with no problems what so ever.
