Moving in Jan 13th

We will be moving my son into his dorm on Jan 13th and wanted to make a long weekend of it. Right now he works for The Disney Store and we were going to book a room using his castmember discount. Here's the problem...he has to quit his job before leaving for DCP and will not get his DCP ID until 2 days after we check in. Can we still use the discount on the room or not?

I am sorry but he will need to be a active cast member in order to check in. I was going to be doing this and they told me that I can't do this.
