Moving from WL to VWL

Next April I have 6 nights booked in a studio in VWL. We check in on Sunday. I plan to actually arrive at WDW on Saturday and am thinking about just booking a standard room at WL proper for that one night (if some codes come out that is). My question is what do you think will happen on Sunday morning? Obviously we'll have to check out of WL and then move our stuff to VWL, but if checkout time at WL is at 11:00 and we can't get a room at VWL until sometime in the afternoon I guess we'll just have to take all our stuff and put it back in the car. Ideally the VWL room would be ready, but I'm not planning on it. Also, I hate to wait around WL most of the morning waiting for a room, I'd rather us being over at a park instead. Has anyone else ever run into this situation and how did you handle it?

Hi, WolfpackFan. I am sure that bell services will be happy to store your stuff for you. I am not sure, but I believe they may even bring it to your room at VWL while you are enjoying the parks!

when you check in at VWL if your room is not availability you will be given a card with a number on it to call - so when you are tired of the parks or WL or where ever you go - give it a call - if you room is ready they will give you the number of your room.

It is very easy.

bell services will store your luggage until you return. then after you get the room and are back - you call bell services and they will bring your luggage to you. or you can store them in your car - whatever you choice.
