Moving from Swan/Dolphin to another resort

My boss is staying at either the Swan or Dolphin for a conference in September. (She won't know which her room is because the company stays in both.) She is considering staying a few days, but wants to move to a moderate resort. She was asking me if they would transfer her luggage to the other resort, or if she would have to do it herself. I told her I wasn't sure, but that I could ask. She said, "Ask who?" I said, "I gotta guy." She said, "Will they know?"
So, how about it Disers, anyone ever move from Swan/Dolphin to one of the resorts? Will they move her luggage?
