Moving from one resort to another

I'm traveling down to WDW in a few weeks, and we're spending the first three nights at a moderate resort, then switching to a value resort. Do they move our luggage for us, or do we have to move it?

Thanks - I'm good either way, of course, but just wanted to know.

Bell services will move your luggage for you. Just tell them to transfer to your other resort and it will arrive several hours later. If there's anything you need during the day you should keep it with you since your bags may not arrive until the late afternoon.

You also have the option to take a taxi over to the second resort with your bags. They can be checeked with bell services if your room is not available when you check in.

I had bell service transfer my luggage for me. It was great. The only downfall I had was I was able to get into my room at 11am (that was great!) but I couldn't get my luggage until 1:30pm which meant I had to wait at the resort until then. Then when I called at 1:30pm (bell service said to call) they couldn't find my luggage. When the bell man tagged my luggage he must have been sloppy with the handwriting. However, with very minor problems we found my luggage (it was at the resort just not legible) and delivered it right up.
