Moving from BWI to BWV

Hi, I've booked BWI for the Fri and Sat night of our stay before moving to BWV. Will I have to go through check in again or will they just move our luggage to our villa? Thanks!

Check out is 11, check in is 4, you will have to check out of the Inn and check in to the Villa and your room will probably not be ready.

Thank-you, I just wasn't sure if check in might be less painful.
At BWV, our check in has always been after 5.. I'll just let them hold the luggage and we'll check in when we return from the parks on Sunday. We know from experience there's no rush.

I did it once. I called bell services around 10:00am and had them pickup the luggage for storage, they marked it "room change". I then went to the front desk and checked in for BWV. Room was not ready until later. When I got to the new room, I called bell services and they brought them up.

I think you may find it very easy, but yes you do check out and in. You can go check in at 6AM if you want-that way you may have a room by the time you check out. We always split our stay, usually from VWL to BCV (soon to be BLT then BCV). Anyway, I go over to BCV early am and check in. If the room will not be ready, we check out at 11AM and bell services come up (we give a decent tip for that) and take our bags from our room over to our room at BCV. We simply head over to EPCOT, then back to our new room at BCV later. Works great.

This is a good idea as I'm always up by 6 am anyway.
