Moving and Change of Address

Hello Fellow DVCers.

We are preparing to move. I was wondering once we make the move and have our new address is it good enough to change our address on the DVC members website or do I need to actually call members services? Doe it make it official when I change it on the website?

You can do it either way. But, make sure you do it for each member listed. I called MS and had our address changed when we moved, but we were still getting stuff at our old address. When I called back I realized they had changed MY address, but not DH's. And, I couldn't change his, he had to take care of it himself. When I finally dialed the number and handed the phone to him (because he wouldn't know how to call MS!) the CM told us we could have taken care of it on-line.
