None. The remake isn't as good as the original.
The Black Cauldron. It terrified me as a child. I watched it as an adult. It was AWFUL. There is so much promise there.
I've played the game and I watched the first episode last night. It's excellent and I like the added scenes that were not in the game. I was expecting a shot for shot remake (to which there are a few scenes that are literally taken straight from the game) but I like that there are differences to make the show unique.Don't bother with remakes, unless perhaps it is a silent film. There is plenty of good material (books) out there that have not been made into movies or tv shows. Look at the 'Last of us' based on a video game. Only one episode so far, but it looks good.
I'd say don't remake movies that were actually good because you most likely will not improve on a classic. But go right ahead and remake a bad movie with a good premise and try to make it better.Don't bother with remakes, unless perhaps it is a silent film. My opinion too.None. The remake isn't as good as the original.
With the exception of I Saw the Devil, which was a fantastic movie.Anything with the word "Saw" in the title. Yeuch.
I heard they made an effort to do the series a little differently than the game, as you're not going to get the same experience as you are playing a game (especially with pacing). Which is good, since so many game-to-film adaptations disappoint. Though Super Mario Brothers is a fun dumpster fire to witness.Don't bother with remakes, unless perhaps it is a silent film.
