OK-
I held off calling yesterday-the 2 week mark for the departure date- figured it was Christmas-I'd wait- but called first thing this morning about what movies would be showing on the 1/8 cruise-

the cast member said the names quicker than I could write down the full titles and I didn't want to ask her to repeat them- this is what I wrote-does anyone know what the titles are for the ones I couldn't finish?

-Around the world in 80 Days
-Brother Bear
-Confessions of a teenage drama queen
-finding nemo
-Ladder 49 (is that the right #?)
-Home on the Range
-Inc.? it was some title w/Inc. in it?
-The Village
-Miracle? it had Miracle in it?
-300?
-National Treasure
-Pirates of the Carribean
-Princess Diaries 2

Anyone have a guess as to what those 3 are?

thanks
cathy

Just guessing here but...............

Mr. 3000
Miracle on Ice
Monsters Inc.

Were on that same cruise and are a little disappointed on those choices but hey you don't go on a cruise for the movies.

Chris

thanks for your ideas-I think you are right!
yeah, we weren't too thrilled either- we had been wondering exactly what would be on since right now Disney doesn't exactly have alot of blockbuster movies out-dissappointed on how many "2nd" movies their are (i.e. Pirates, Nemo, brother bear, etc) but they probably figure they are classics for the ship?

The movie "MIRACLE" (one word title) was playing when we sailed last...about the hockey team that won the gold medal at the Olympics against the Russians. Good movie!! That may be the one they mentioned.

They are definately showing The Incredibles as well.

In order to find out the movies I called DCL @ 1-800-325-2500, they give you a menu -you know "press 1 for..., press 2 for..." I think I kept on waiting to hear the choice for movies, but there was none, and a cast member came on and I asked her-

Most likely the same movies that are playing on the 8th of January will be shown on the 4th of January. They do not change the movies that often. They sometimes keep them for months & months. Obviously if a new Disney brand movie comes out they will incorporate that into the lineup.

I hope they are showing The Incredibles. Also, I can honestly say being married to a firefighter, one time was enough for me to see Ladder 49. :(
