From the FAQ sticky:
Movies - You can call 888-325-2500, choose the reservations option, then ask what movies will be showing the week you cruise.

If you call within 2 weeks of your cruise, you'll get the best info.

But, my best guess - at least Star Wars; Bridge of Spies; Inside Out.

Just got off yesterday....also Good Dinosaur and there were others, can't remember all of them! Star Wars showed a lot but at kind of weird times...still managed to see it though and theater was FULL!

These movies are currently showing on the Wonder, they may also be showing on other Disney ships: Star Wars, Bridge of Spies, The Good Dinosaur, Antman, Inside Out, Tomorrowland, Avengers;Age of Ultron, Cinderella, Big Hero 6, Guardians of the Galaxy, Frozen, and Finding Nemo 3D.

I called this morning for the 1/16 Disney Fantasy. The very friendly cast member told me that the movies most likely will be:

Star Wars (3D and normal)

Good Dinosaur

Bridge of Spies

Ant Man

Inside Out

Tomorrowland

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Monkey Kingdom

Cinderella

Big Hero 6
