Movie tickets from HSC

For those of you who have ordered movie tickets through HSC, how long did it take to get them? I ordered some with some other things at least 2 weeks ago. I have received the other items I ordered, and have received the things from 2 subsequent orders. I'm assuming that they are just out of them at the moment, but now I'm starting to wonder if I will get them before our upcoming trip. Any info. would be appreciated.

I ordered 5 movie tickets on Nov 30th and received them on Dec. 4th, used them on the 5th! All of my items have been coming that fast and I'm in NC, I believe they ship from Oklahoma. I got an email from then when they shipped, have you gotten anything from them? I had one GC that shipped a day later than the other items, but it still shipped the day after the others did and arrived only one business day later. I think you can check your order status on the website, too, but I haven't tried it.

Believe it or not, I checked my bank statement this afternoon and the charge for the tickets was finally there. Unfortunately, this has become a good news, bad news story. When I tried to log on to check on the order status I was unable to, because they say my membership has been cancelled. I don't know what is up with that. I emailed them about it and am hoping to get it resolved.


Edited to add: The membership issue was my bad, not Hotwire's. I was entering in my old membership number, instead of my recent one.
