Movie that made you laugh so hard you cried

Knocked up
Wedding crashers
The entire Meet the parents series
American Pie
Every Pink Panther movie in the series

And nowadays I get my nightly crack up from watching Chelsea Lately, I know it's not a movie but it's a pretty constant supply of rude but funny for DH and I :thumbsup2

Something About Mary, The Jerk, and yes, I admit it, Borat!

I was waiting for someone to mention The Jerk as I was reading the posts! I haven't seen the movie in a very long time, I just remember one of my favorite memories is watching the movie with my brother not being able to stop laughing!!

Anchorman gets me every time

Of course...The Hangover, Raisin' Arizona, The Jerk and don't forget Arthur with Dudley Moore. Hi Lar I Us !!!

Tommy Boy is, hands down, the funniest movie I have ever seen. I still have to "pause" my way through it to get through my snorting fits of laughter. The gas station scene was the best. "What'd you do?!?!?!?!"

Tommy Boy makes me think "Big guy in a little coat" riiiiiiip:rotfl2:

LOVE Tommy Boy!! DH and I went to see it on the recommendation of a friend- we thought it was going to be stupid and unfunny. We laughed so hard our sides hurt!! My personal favorite is the scene where the "dead" deer wakes up and completely trashes the car- "No way that just happened!!"

Blazing Saddles - The campfire/bean Scene, The Harrumph Harrumph Harrumph Harrumph Scene, The mass brawl scene

The Pink Panther Movies - The Kato Tries to Kill Cleseuo Scenes

Raising Arizona - Pick a Scene...doesn't matter which one

The movie Mother with Albert Brooks and Debbie Reynolds. For anyone who has a crazy mother this will get you laughing.

"Mom I am a vegetarian I don't eat meat."
"That is why I didn't cook meat. This is lamb." :lmao:

You guys aren't going back far enough...

Truly one of the funniest movies EVER is a classic from the late 50's called The Court Jester starring the incomparable Danny Kaye! It's about a bumbling man who tries to get the real king on the throne (a baby with the royal birthmark) by sneaking into the castle disguised as a famous Jester. He is accompanied by Glynis Johns who would later play Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins, and the princess is played by a young Angela Lansbury.

The comic routines by Danny Kaye are pure genius. Go to youtube and look up the "Vessel with the pessel has the pellet with the poison" routine or the sped up knighting ceremony- I dare you to keep a straight face!

Tropic Thunder...Robert Downey Jr. stole that movie!

Anchorman, Superbad, and I love you, man also had me laughing hysterically! And the outtakes from Night At the Museum 2...I was laughing so hard I was almost in tears :thumbsup2

As for older movies, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, History of the World Part 1, and Young Frankenstein are all classics!

I love Meet the Parents. First time I saw that I laughed SO hard at the ashes of the dead mother being used as litter by the cat.

The Hangover was very funny too.

Or you shot milk/soda/water out of your nose. I'm always interested to see what makes others tick and what others find funny. So what movie made you laugh so hard you cried? For me, to name one, it'd have to be National Lampoons Vacation and then Christmas Vacation.

Same here! :thumbsup2

Top Secret!
Shaun of the Dead
The Hangover
Tommy Boy
This is Spinal Tap
Some Like It Hot
The Big Lebowski
Little Miss Sunshine
Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Tommy Boy makes me think "Big guy in a little coat" riiiiiiip:rotfl2:

2 not mentioned "Four Christmases" when the baby throws up and Vince Vaughn can hardly keep from throwing up:rotfl:

and

oldie, but goodie: "Dirty Rotton Scoundrels" Steve Martin poking a cork in his eye over and over and running around the room "Oklahoma Oklahoma Oklahoma" has me laughing so hard my sides hurt.

Favorites mentioned: Wedding Crashers and Raising Arizona

Four Christmases! My mom and I laughed so hard in that one.

An oldie but a goodie. Private Eyes with Tim Conway and Don Knotts. :rotfl2:
Nothing to Lose with Tim Robbins and Martin Lawrence.
Bulletproof with Adam Sandler and one of the Wayan's brothers.

Recent: The Hangover

Older: The In-Laws with Peter Falk and Alan Arkin.

Airplane, Little Shop of Horrors, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (if you like that British stuff), that movie where Leslie Nielsen was forced to sing the National Anthem at the baseball game when he was trying to prevent the assassination of the Queen of England.

I was going to post this but wanted to see if anyone else mentioned it! The movie was The Naked Gun!

Planes, Trains & Automobiles...."Where's your other hand?"..."Between two pillows"...."Those aren't pillows!!!!!!!!!!!" :rotfl:
