Movie productions at MGM

Do they still have any type of movie /show productions at MGM ? I remember going years ago and walking on the backstage tour and seeing closed sets on productions that were going on at that time.I know they have animation that takes place just wondering if anything else still goes on at MGM.

They may still have productions going on in the remaining soundstage, but beyond that I do not think that anything has been shot there in recent years (other than the stuff produced by the animation department). With the Backstage Pass tour gone, there is no way that I know of to see what's going on in the remaining soundstage.

2 years ago, they were still taping the TV series Sheena there. Not sure if it's still even on the air
