Does anyone have opinions on which rewards site is best and why? I currently only use my points but they are getting to be a pain in that they do not reward on time and then make me wait another 30 days after they fix their mistake. I also am starting to having a hard time getting my rewards without being told wait another 30 days from when they fix that mistake. I am wondering if anyone has used ebates, sunshine rewards or any other rewards company and how you like them?

Thanks,
Angela

I use mypoints occasionally, mostly for the free clicks. It takes awhile for me to build anything up on there.

I use sunshine rewards daily b/c it has more opportunities for me to earn. I can do the little freebie offers, surveys, and shopping. I've earned a lot more from that and I like that I can cash out for gift cards or for cash. :goodvibes

I like to see my earnings in dollars, not in points. :)

**Forgot to add, I also like that at Sunshine rewards the owner is active on the forums and problems are resolved very quickly. While mypoints is much more impersonable and can be harder to get issues resolved through. I also like the community on the SR forums, very helpful and informative - especially when you are starting out.

I like creationsrewards the best. They are fast, and I've never had any problems with them at all. I do use mypoints, but it does take longer for them to get their rewards out to you. Personally, I didn't like Sunshine Rewards. I tried it for awhile, and ended up just closing my account. It took forever for purchases to credit, whereas creationsrewards credits immediately - same day in most cases.

I'm going to move this thread over to the Rewards Forum. I think that you'll get more answers there from DISers who have experience with several GPT sites.

I used all 3.. I bounce back and forth depending on who has the best deal for what I am buying. Just remember there are wait on all of them. Ebates in quarterly and I dont remeber the exact details with SR.

My points if credited right (and we know they always dont) you get faster at 30 days after they post.

I had the opposite experience with creationrewards. My shopping never credited and the resolution process was not good. It took me forever to make it to a minimum cashout and I haven't been back since.

Sunshine Rewards is the only one I have stuck with as I have had consistent results. The forum is great for working out technical issues that may be causing you to have a problem as well being a great community.

As with many things, individual experience may vary.

Awsome, information and just what I was looking for. Keep the opinions coming. Thanks Moderator for moving it to the rewards board I didn't realize there was one.

i must say hands down sunshine rewards is the way to go You can earn real money so fast daily even. There are surveys you can take every day for.80/day if you get so many a month you get bonuses you also get so much help from everybody at the forums including the owner who is amazing!
I started last year around june just checking it out and by my december trip i had $225 in disney gift cards to take with me
would recommend to everybody

I have had horrible luck with things crediting on SR. I use MyPoints and QR for most things (unlike others, I have no trouble with MyPoints crediting on time). I have had trouble recently with some shopping on QR, but no problems with other areas on their site. I have a hard time getting most things to credit on SR (even the freebie signups), so I pretty much gave up on that one (only do the daily clicks and scratch off now).

Is it possible you were trying to sign up for the same things on more than one site. If the advertisers get duplicate ISP's they won't give you credit. And doesn't MyPoints have some kind of tool bar that messes up your cookies for other sites? I can't remember if it was them or another site that had that problem.

I didn't download the MyPoints toolbar, so that doesn't mess up my cookies. I usually only use my points for the email clicks and some shopping. I have never had trouble with anything crediting on MyPoints (knock on wood!).

I do QR from home using one email account, and 99% of what I do there credits. I have just had issues with a couple of sites that I shopped with, and Dmitry tried very hard to correct it (thanks!), but nothing worked. Other than that, all of the clicks and signups, and surveys cerdit with no problems.

I do SR from work using a different email, so the IP thing and the cookies would be different for each (I clear cookies every day at work). I have yet to have a survey work for me at SR. Either I get bumped immediately, or I get all the way through and then am told that I do not qualify. Almost every signup I do does not credit. I only shopped through them 1 time, and that worked, but it took a while to credit.

I guess different people are happier at different sites. I get the most from QR and MyPoints, so I'll stick with them. I guess you have to try a bunch of them to see what works best for you.

I also use QR, CR, SR and My Points. My favorite is QR by far. Things credit very quickly and shopping usually credits within a day or two for me. I have had a terrible time over the last few months getting anything to credit through SR so I basically just do the paid clicks and scratch off. I know a lot of people make a lot of money through SR but unfortunately I'm not one of them! QR has been best for me over the long run. :)

I am only a member of my points and don't have the tool bar.

My problem is not with the click on emails which I really don't check on so there might be issues but 5 points is not worth my time to worry about. I also don't sign up with any of the click throughs or do the stupid surveys. It is with purchase and rewards that the problem comes in. I bought a lot of my christmas gifts through their site. Some of my purchases never showed so I had to wait the 30 day and email them. Then they fix it but they hold the points for another 30 days before actually crediting them after they fix their mistakes. I have to keep a list because it happens often and yes, I am clicking through there site signed in correctly every time. :confused3

Then whenever they have bonus points like at halloween and birthday it is the same thing 30 days no credit, I email and they fix it, and then another 30 days.

I just cashed in a bunch of awards for gift cards mid December and have not gotten them yet. I waited the 30 days again and contacted them. All of a sudden after inquiring it shows that the cards shipped 1/4 which was 3 weeks after ordering them and now it's 3 weeks after they sent them and I still did not get them but they won't discuss it till 30 days after they shipped the cards now. Overseas mail doesn't take 3 weeks to get to someone. I am starting to wonder if they are not doing well financially that they want to hold payment of points.

It is just so frustrating that I am constantly being told to wait 30 more days and no explaination even when you ask questions they won't answer them. I figure I will either find a site that my purchases will go as charitable donations or find a rewards site that is not such a PITA. I think I will try all the sites mentioned and see how it goes.

What is QR?

Thank you,
Angela

All 3 programs are legitimate rewards sites. One isn't any better than another. Just different. Here are my experiences:

Mypoints> I only do the e-mail clicks and free offers. Just from doing that, I have earned enough for a $25 gc and am almost ready for another(since June 2007). I don't like that some of the offers, anything over 5 points, is immediately on a 30 day hold. And I have had problems with getting just the free stuff to credit. Too much of a hassle for me, trying to reach customer service. But, other people don't seem to have that problem. Also, you can only cash out for gift cards. And sometimes the ones I want are not available.

E-bates> Very easy site to navigate. They have a lot of coupons as well as the cash back %'s. I haven't had any problems getting credit for shopping purchases on ebates. The only negative for me is that they only send out checks once a quarter. That is a long time to wait. I have only cashed out for checks through e-bates. So, I'm not sure of the other cashout options but I think they have paypal as an option.

Sunshine Rewards> I love this site. I have earned a lot of money doing just the free stuff(clicks, scratch off, daily surveys and free offers) on SR. They have a lot of cashout options, including paypal, disney gift cards and disney dollars. The best thing about SR, is the personal attention you get from the SR staff. The forum is great and has really helped to boost my earnings and has kept me informed of special games, cashouts and events. I love it!!

I hope this helped.

I've tried many of the sites... but I've decided to concentrate on SR. The people on the forum are friendly, and it is a great community, and I've learned so much this past year and really upped my earnings. I love the special cashouts on SR that give you more for your credits. I love the great service. I really feel like Tricia is working hard to provide us with many earning opportunities. The super member benefits make it worth sticking with just one main site. The forum chats and contests are fun.

I am starting to wonder if they are not doing well financially that they want to hold payment of points.

I cashed out through MyPoints right after Christmas and already received my GC - I got it about 10 days ago. They are the same company that runs www.classmates.com so I don't think they're having any financial problems.

Good luck with your latest cashouts.

I am a member of sunshine rewards, quick rewards, creations rewards, memolink, mypoints, freeride, deal barbie pays, fairy tale treasures, cashcrate, treasuretrooper, ebates, inbox dollars, hits4pay, send earnings and snap dollars. My favorite site is fairy tale treasures. I love that site! I have the best luck with things crediting. I only use ebates if the store isn't on quick rewards because ebates only pays in quarters quick rewards pays for shopping right away no waiting to request your money!

Holy cow, you must have one kickin' spreadsheet to keep track of all that! More power to ya! :thumbsup2

I love sunshine rewards and cash duck, mainly because of the owners and the "relationship" I've formed with them, I have great success at things crediting and they are just plain nice folks. I like Inbox Dollars also, mostly for the emails and daily surveys. Between the 3 I make about $110 / month completely on freebies. I occasionally get some shopping done, but I don't really shop alot. I steer clear of the trials, I'm afraid of my cc going wonky.

Does anyone know if any of these programs offer points for buying disney gift cards?
