Movability of the Big Bug

I am thinking of getting the Expression and selling my Baby Bug (with a couple carts) on ebay to defer some of the cost. But here's the thing, I don't have a dedicated scrap space and usually end up dragging the stuff I need for a specific project into the family room so I can scrap in the evenings while DH & I talk/watch TV.

Is the Expression so big that it really needs to be set up in one place and only used there or will I be able to move it from one room to another depending on where I scrap? I am not looking to bring it to a crop (although has anyone done that?) just around my house.

It doesn't have a handle, but I don't think it is hard to move it around. It is a little heavy, but not bad for just moving around the house, IMO.

It has hand holds on the side. Moving it around the house is easy. My mom brings hers to crops. She just leaves it in the box it came in.

some of the girls on the cricut board use this. It's a bit expensive but if you can get the 50% off coupon it might be worth it.

I think it is portable. I take mine to crops in its orginal packaging. And I love it!!!!

I don't have a dedicated space for it. For now it is where ever I can put it while not in use. Next month, I will finally be getting a new cabinet dedciated to my scrapbook stuff and it will live in there...again while not is use. I'll always have to get it out and set it up on our dining room table to use it.

I THROW mine into a large bag and lug it with me to crops - no problems!!
