Hmmm... I agree with Wally... something about it sounds fishy... there was a comment below that said if Disney met the demands it wouldn't be released fully. If this was a movie made that didn't have specific union ties or a tactic/agenda it would be released no matter what I'd suspect.
Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying that it's not right to make enough to feed your family but we also need to keep in mind the type of some of the jobs and what sort of salary is one expected to sell churros or something.

Someone at the mall selling churros won't make enough to feed a whole family either.
At any rate I hope Disney employees; in fact all employees everywhere are treated fairly and no I won't go into a union debate as it will veer to the political /personal I suspect.
