I'm getting ready to purchase 10 Day non exp. hopper tickets at Undercover Tourist using the Mousesavers link in their newsletter. Is the discount only $1 per ticket? I just wanted to confirm that I wasn't missing something. I thought it was a larger discount the last time I did this, but that was years ago. :)

You're missing something. Did you add tax to the amount shown on the Disney website? Disney doesn't add the tax into your total until checkout. UT includes tax and shipping in the prices they show.

I think the OP means the Mousesavers discount it only $1 less then the UT ticket listed for everyone, that is a larger discount from the WDW prices.

OP, I think that's probably right. I recall it not being much more off than the regular UT prices when I've bought tickets using the link in the past.

My mistake. Yes, the additional savings that you get by going through the Mousesavers link is about $1-$3 per ticket, depending on the ticket that you're purchasing.

Thank you! I knew I was missing something. I forgot about the tax being added. :)

Wow, that's all? I figured it would be a significant savings considering the number of people that are scrambling to get a copy of the latest newsletter for the link!

I wonder why they keep this so hush hush then? Just make all the prices across the board $1 less and make it public for all to see without all the hoopla. I don't get it.

unbelieveable isn't it, all the requests over and over for the newsletter.

Mousesavers is a great newsletter and they have a lot of discounts for things besides tickets. The discounts are based on how many subscribers they have so every person who get the newsletter from the DIS rather than actually signing up for it could effect future discounts.

I just bought 2 adult and 1 child 5 days park hopper tickets and saved around $864 through undercover tourist??? One reason being UT is offering a 5 day ticket for price of a 4 day....:cheer2:
That doesn't sound right. Disney's gate price for those tickets (including tax) would currently cost about $1142. I don't think that you paid UT $278 for all three tickets.

BWAHAHAHA!!! I had in 4 and 2 instead of 2 and 1 tickets - I KNEW it was too good LOL!!! But still a better deal on UT:
:rotfl:
$1141.68 is my cart total from disney and my cart total from UT is $1053.10
