Has anyone used this site? Any feedback ?

I bought from this site in Oct of last year for my daughter. Purchased 100 pins and wish I had bought more. I didn't know that I would get into it as much as her. I actually bought 100 more about a month ago for a future trip that isn't even planned. The pins are nice and I had no problem trading any of them.

I would buy from again as I already did.

We had megaproblems trading, but the company itself was very pleasant to deal with!

We got the "grab bag" assortment of 15 pins for $30- or something like that. We had no problems at all trading them- maybe because my kids are so young? BTW- we traded for some of the same type (propins or Sedesma) and some of the Disney store type- whatever the kids liked- Have Fun!

Thank You for your feedback . Should I stay away form propins

My opinion, only!!! Many people here have had absolutely no problem trading propins. We did. I would never do so again, because I am a big old baby, and I get upset when people aren't kind! It offended me that CM's said things to the kids in our party about them, and it has kind of ruined my view of trading. Our kids were not trading to get pins to sell, or only trading for CM pins. We came home with different propins, and some sedesmas to boot, because the kids traded by theme, rather than "worth."

Propins and Sedsema are frowned upon. If there is something you like and want to keep then for all means buy it, but you have have trouble trading them. I just was refered to their site and when I searched the pin site to see where they were from I noticed they were propins and some weren't even on the pin site, I personally wouldn't take the chance.

How are they differnet?

I think they are smaller and look different then the ones they sell at Disney... has anyone else bought these lately? I would love to hear.. I am thinking about buying some for my 4 yr old... I would love to hear about your pin experience! Thanks

They are generally lighter, thinner, and just don't have a Disney-level quality to them. They're cheap to buy, yes, but that's because they are cheaply produced and therefore look and feel very... cheap. They often remind me of cracker-jack box prizes from when I was a kid. Definitely not the quality of Disney-made pins.

I won't judge anyone for deciding to go that route... because you can sometimes trade them, and I know people are economicly minded. But I would like to encourage anyone thinking about going with Sedesma pins to look for better deals on actual Disney pins. Inexpensive Disney made pins are out there. Support the tradition with decent pins and everyone benefits! :D It's very disheartening to see so many Sedesma pins on CM lanyards. Especially when you aren't able to get down there very often.

Propins are better than Sedemsa (Spain) pins, and that is not saying much.
The Spain pins are smaller, much thinner, look like they could break easier, and have a painted look, rather than a fake cloissone look.
You get what you pay for.
Some CM don't care. Some will show their displeasure.
But they are tradable, unless things change.
I have some in my own collection. Many consider them junk pins.

Propins have not been made for a year or two. So what is out there is there. They are a better quality than the Spain pins. But again, that is not saying much. I think those pins sold in Germany for a set of 9 for roughly $19. That gives an indication when you are getting what you pay for.
