Mousekeeping question

We had a mousekeeper at POR while on our trip last week who went WAY above and beyond the call of duty (we won't get into the details here...) Does anyone know of an address I can write to so that I can let a 'higher up' know how great she was?

You could write the letter to the General Manger (that's the only "name" I could find) or just generalize it to Mousekeeping Manager (no name specifically) if you want.

The US Post Office does not recognize the streets on Disney property so everything mailed via snail mail goes through the PO Box and is sorted and delivered by Disney CM's. It usually takes an extra 3 days for this but it is a quick process Just FYI that is why I did not give you the physical address of the hotel.

I have had success in the past by e-mailing guest relations via disneyworld.com. You get an automatic e-mail back right away stating that they received your note. Several weeks later you will get a detailed response to your e-mail. On two occasions I even had follow up calls from the executive offices of WDW.....I was quite impressed. During one of the calls I mentioned the great work of our mousekeeper (although this was not the reason for my e-mail). The person at WDW recognized the name and assured me that this mousekeeper was known to them and they would put my compliments in her file.

I can't answer your question, but I just wanted to say "Isn't mousekkeper at POR wonderful!!!!!"

WE stayed at the beginning of March and our mousekeeper made our stay. We came back to the room each night wondering what neat think she would've done during that day!!! Not to mention the fact that the room was spotless every day. Way better than at home. Housekeeping at home leaves something to be desired. TeeHee!!!
