Mousekeeping for a fee?

Later this month I will be staying in a 2 bedroom at the VGF on rented points. In the past I was able to get mousekeeping for fee (I think it would about $60 for a for a 2 bedroom cleaning per day). Is that still an option or with the limited mousekeeping everywhere have they done away with this option?

The good news is you can request towels or other supplies at no extra charge. Used to be there were charges for extra towels, soaps, etc.

It is unavailable due to worker shortages. Trust me they would love to take your money, they just don’t have enough people to clean all the rooms that change over on a daily basis. Lots report late check ins and even some report that the room hadn’t even been cleaned and had to assigned another room.

I just booked our welcome home trip for March of 2023. I just want to make sure I'm understanding what's going on right now. At this time, it is not possible to add mousekeeping on to our reservation for a fee, correct? But, I can call mousekeeping and get extra towels, soaps, refills on coffee, etc?

They have stated they are starting up the program again to pay extra for cleanings.

But, you can get all the towels, etc by calling.
