While I haven't made the trip yet I booked out November 2003 room only rates threw them. I spoke with Michelle and she was very helpful in giving me all sorts of rates including packages and room only. I believe she was the one that suggested I look into getting APs since we were going to be there for quite a few days. I thought she was very nice and was even extremely helpful when I called back 2 days after booking with a change (granted it was an upgrade but still...)

Although I haven't made my trips yet, I have booked my September WDW trip and my January cruise through them. I am very pleased with the level of service I received already. Annette has been very thorough with all of our e-mail communicating and an absolute joy to speak with on the phone. My favorite part of their "extra service" so far, has been that Annette has taken over the maddening game of calling every morning to see if the AP rates are out yet. What a relief to know she is checking for me every day to see if I can book at a better rate!

I decided to give MouseEarVacations a try because they were recommended by Deb on WDWIG.com, and already believe its a recommendation that is well deserved.
