Do you mean Tour Guide Mike? He is one of the sponsors of the DISboards and he has a link at the top of the main page. To view his crowd info you must subscribe to his site, which is about $20.00.

We, personally, like to use www.touringplans.com, which is the companion website to The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. Their subscription rate is only $8.95 and I feel like it's a lot more user friendly than Tour Guide Mike's site.
