Mouse Ears Hat $ ??

Can anyone tell me how much the Mickey and Minnie Ear hats are in MK? Is the name embroidery free? Thanks!

Also wondering. Do they sell them at Downtown Disney? My 2year old is about to go crazy for a pair.We watch the planning DVD 3-4 times a day. We will be there 4/4-4-8.

Yes, the embriodery is free.. I want to say they are about $7, but don't quote me on that. I'm not sure if they sell them in DD, but I know they sell them in MK.

The embroidery is free at the Magic Kingdom only, not at Downtown Disney. I bought a set of ears at the Christmas shop one time, the ears were $6.00 and the embroidery was like $7 or $8 Also, at the Magic Kingdom, the CM will stitch the name right in the store and it takes literally less than a minute. At Downtown Disney, I was put on a list and had to pick the ears up like 2 or 3 days later. I've learned my lesson and only buy the ears in the Magic Kingdom.

One of the better deals in MK, IMO. The shop that does it is called the Chapeau. It's in the front of the park, off Main Street.

I just got mine last week. I got them at Chapeau. I have wanted a pair for as long as I can remember. I never got to go to Disney as a kid. So, last week, I walked in the shop. I asked how long it would take to get my name put on it. She said about 20 seconds. I was impressed! I finally got my MICKEY ears!

Hey! We'll be there the exact time as you! We're trying POR this year (only MOD thar allows 5 in a room...) Can't wait!! We're down to 20 days on the countdown calender! YIPPEE!!

The one thing is places like DTD and I believe the studios is their embrodiery is not the "classic yellow scroll" that you usually see (and is free like at MK) is that you get a color choice and its done by computer so its more like shirt embrodiery and they also do the shirts/blankets/Lanyards etc


The 2 day thing is odd though- The studios was about a 10 min delay but not bad when I had to pick up my lanyard I had done

We got the classic mickey ears hat at DTD Sunday. We ordered it and it was ready in about 15 mins. They put 2 lines of text on them, but it cost about $7.00 per line, in addition to the hat. You can pick out the color and font you want written on
