I use them and love them, I have used them for my past 3 trips. My TA has helped me with some problems.

What do they offer that you cannot get from WDW reservations?
Side trips, Discounts?

A TA can make your dining reservations, help if you have a problem and mine books show and tours. A good TA will constantly look for discounts for you after your trip has been booked. In my case, I had my TA all over the place when I had some trouble at Disney 2 years ago. She got it all straightened out for me. I have also changed my resorts about 3 times since I booked, and anytime I had a question that needed to be answered my TA was quick to reply. It is more personal for me too, my TA knows me, and I get the same reliable person each time.

We have used them for our last four trips and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They take all the hassle out of me making reservations, watching for discounts, making ADR's (and checking for a restaurant where I wanted a certain time and couldn't get on first trip...she'll keep trying...and is usually successful). I highly recommend them.
